Rahu and Ketu. Just the mention of these two names often brings a sense of fear, friends. And why shouldn’t it? Given the duration of their influence and the kind of impact they have, it’s natural for a person to feel afraid. If Rahu sits in someone’s first house itself, or if it affects their intellect, you can imagine what kind of life they would have.
Friends, the typical period of their influence is about one and a half years. But once they afflict the body directly, understand that they will cause trouble not for one and a half, but for three years. Why three years? Because they will move to the 12th house from the sign. Since they have a retrograde motion, they will move backwards to that house and will remain there for another one and a half years. In this way, their time period expands, and we have to endure more pain.
Now, they don’t create the pain themselves. What happens is the result of our own karmas. We are merely reaping the fruits of actions from our past lives. But Rahu and Ketu get the opportunity to cause misfortune. So, it is the fruit of our own karmas. But what if misfortune could be avoided? What if the pain could be lessened or averted? If that starts happening, then things would work out. And friends, this is possible. If these planets become pleased, then even pathways to wealth will open up. If Rahu is happy, there will be no shortage of money.
So, how to remove their affliction and please them? There is a simple remedy for this. We often share remedies for Rahu, but the point of sharing is that whoever finds a practice easy and has faith in it should do it, and then things will start working out from there.
So friends, today I will tell you about one small practice. By doing this, the afflictions of Rahu and Ketu will not only be removed, but you will also start receiving wealth, and your debts will begin to clear.
And friends, the remedy is very simple. You will only need half a kilogram of curd on a Saturday. If the curd is made at home, that’s fine. Otherwise, just bring half a kilo of curd from outside. Now, you will need five ready-made bowls (donas). They come in plastic or paper.
Divide this curd and place it in five separate bowls. Friends, Rahu and Ketu belong to a demonic species, and they are very fond of sour and astringent foods. The curd is the sour part. For the astringent part, after you have put the curd in the five bowls, you need to add a little roasted cumin seeds (jeera) to each. Just dry roast whole cumin seeds lightly. Add about half a teaspoon of roasted cumin seeds to each bowl. Along with this, also add half a teaspoon of black sesame seeds (kala til) to each of the five bowls containing the curd.
That’s it, friends. Now, you have to sit facing the East. Place these five bowls in front of you. Now, pick up the first bowl and chant this mantra five times:
“Om Bhram Bhrim Bhrom Sah Rahuve Namah”
Then, put the bowl back in its place. Now, pick up the second bowl and chant this mantra five times:
“Om Shram Shrim Shrom Sah Ketuve Namah”
Then, put it back in its place. Pick up the third bowl, hold it in your hand, and chant Rahu’s mantra five times again. Then put it down. Pick up the fourth bowl, and chant Ketu’s mantra five times. Then put it down. Finally, pick up the fifth bowl and chant Rahu’s mantra five times again.
Now friends, you have these five bowls containing the curd, roasted cumin, and black sesame seeds. After performing this ritual on a Saturday morning, you now have to feed this to five dogs. You will have to put in a little effort, friends, to find and feed five dogs. Feed them one by one. It is not necessary to find them all in one place.
Friends, whichever dog you place the bowl in front of, it will eat it peacefully. And as it eats, the affliction of Rahu and Ketu on you will begin to dissolve, and you will start receiving the desired results from Rahu and Ketu. You will also gain wealth and prosperity.
This entire process, performed on one Saturday, counts as one session. You need to perform this same ritual for five consecutive Saturdays.
Friends, if you complete this practice for five Saturdays, all the afflictions of Rahu and Ketu will be eliminated, and you will start receiving your desired results. The attainment of wealth and prosperity will also begin.
It is not necessary to find all five dogs at the same time. You might find one now, another an hour later, and a third one after two hours. On that Saturday, you just need to feed the contents of the five bowls to five different dogs. Don’t worry about whether the dogs are small, big, male, female, black, or white. They just need to be dogs.
If you perform this simple remedy, friends, understand that your life will begin to change, and you will receive grace from Rahu and Ketu that you couldn’t even imagine.
