Step 1: Prepare Your Space & Posture

  • Sit comfortably in Sukhasana, Padmasana, or on a chair (keep your spine straight and shoulders relaxed).
  • Ensure no distractions—silence your phone and settle into stillness.

Step 2: Pranayama for Energy Flow

  1. Bhastrika (Bellows Breath):
  • Inhale deeply through the nose, exhale forcefully.
  • Repeat rapidly 10–15 times to ignite pranic energy.
  1. Nadi Shodhana (Alternate Nostril Breathing):
  • Close your right nostril and inhale through the left.
  • Switch: Exhale through the right, inhale through the right, and exhale through the left.
  • 5–7 rounds to balance Ida (moon) and Pingala (sun) energies.
