Namaste, friends! I’m Gurmeet Singh, and today I’ll guide you through a powerful Kundalini meditation to activate your chakras and elevate your consciousness. This practice will fill you with renewed energy, joy, and clarity—helping you attract success and inner peace.
Step 1: Prepare Your Space & Posture
- Sit comfortably in Sukhasana, Padmasana, or on a chair (keep your spine straight and shoulders relaxed).
- Ensure no distractions—silence your phone and settle into stillness.
Step 2: Pranayama for Energy Flow
- Bhastrika (Bellows Breath):
- Inhale deeply through the nose, exhale forcefully.
- Repeat rapidly 10–15 times to ignite pranic energy.
- Nadi Shodhana (Alternate Nostril Breathing):
- Close your right nostril and inhale through the left.
- Switch: Exhale through the right, inhale through the right, and exhale through the left.
- 5–7 rounds to balance Ida (moon) and Pingala (sun) energies.
Step 3: Chakra Activation Meditation
Visualize each chakra as a spinning wheel of light, chanting their bija mantras (optional):

- Root (Muladhara):
- Location: Base of spine.
